1. I haven't received an Order Confirmation E-mail.
Please check your inbox, as well as your Spam Folder in case the e-mail ended up there. For purchases made with Paypal, Order Confirmation E-mails are sometimes automatically sent to the E-mail address registered to your Paypal Account.
2. I haven't received an E-mail with my Tracking Info.
Most orders are shipped out 24-48 hours after your purchase, and the Tracking Info will be sent to you at that time. Please check your inbox at least 48 hours after your purchase, as well as your Spam Folder in case the e-mail ended up there.
3. When I track my package, it says "Error" or "Package could not be found."
This is a normal message to see during peak times around the Holidays when the shipping carrier's website receives higher than usual traffic. Please check back in the evenings, or mornings during off-peak hours.
It is also normal to see this message the first 1-3 business days because when orders are processed and packaged for shipment, the tracking information is sent to you at this time. However, depending on the cutoff time of our shipping pickup for that day, the order may not leave the facility until 1-2 business days after you receive your tracking number.
Please check back a few days later.
4. How do I track my package?
