FAQ & Shipping


Our policy is to ship orders out within the first 48 hours after you have placed it. If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must notify us within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped and while still in transit - if you need to cancel or change your order after the order is in transit, we must wait until you have received the order to proceed with a return/cancellation.

Please contact us as soon as possible with any questions or concerns regarding your order.


Commonly Asked Questions


1. I haven't received an Order Confirmation E-mail.

Please check your inbox, as well as your Spam Folder in case the e-mail ended up there. For purchases made with Paypal, Order Confirmation E-mails are sometimes automatically sent to the E-mail address registered to your Paypal Account.


2. I haven't received an E-mail with my Tracking Info.

Most orders are shipped out 2 business days after your purchase, and the Tracking Info will be sent to you at that time. Please check your inbox at least 2 days after your purchase, as well as your Spam Folder in case the e-mail ended up there. For products in high demand, shipping can sometimes be delayed up to 5 business days so please be patient.


3. When I track my package, it says "Error" or "Package could not be found."

This is a normal message to see the first 3 business days because when orders are processed and packaged for shipment, the tracking information is sent to you at this time. However, depending on the cutoff time of our shipping pickup for that day, the order may not leave the facility until 1-2 business days after you receive your tracking number.

Please check back a few days later.


4. How do I track my package?

The shipping confirmation e-mail you receive will contain your tracking number, as well as a link to the shipping carrier's website. You can also paste your tracking number in on this site:




Shipping & Tracking Info


Most orders will be delivered approximately 10 business days after they have been shipped - for orders within the United States. During peak times in November and December, orders may take slightly longer. 

Please note - our products ship from various warehouses in the USA, and around the world. For promotional items, or items on backorder, some orders may ship directly from our manufacturer to you in order to avoid any further delays. In this case, the shipping carrier will first go through EMS, but will still be delivered by the U.S. Post Office with tracking.

Typically the tracking number link will be updated after 5-7 business days when it reaches the USA. Once in the USA they are usually delivered in 3-4 business days through the USPS.

We will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped and provide your tracking information. 

Multiple Packages - Some orders for two different products may ship in more than one package and arrive 1-5 business days apart, depending on the items in your order, and product variations, size, etc.

FREE / Promotional Items - most orders are delivered in 2 weeks, but occasionally can take up to 4 weeks.


Canada & International Shipping

If you are outside the United States, International Shipping averages 2-5 weeks depending on your country. Tracking information will be updated once the package arrives in your country. Due to variances in International Shipping, we cannot control the exact delivery times once the package is in transit. However, all orders are shipped with tracking so rest assured your order will be acccounted for.

Note: For Canada and all other orders not shipped to the USA, when the package leaves the warehouse, it won't be scanned again or show tracking updates until it arrives in your country. Please be patient during this process before contacting us, as we do not have any control over International handling times.



We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your item, we do accept returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge, which can vary depending on your location and also must be shipped using a method/service that provides tracking.

All return orders must be first authorized by Outdoor Supply Co in order to receive a refund. Please do not ship any orders back until contacting us first. Failure to contact us prior to shipping an item to us will void our return policy and your refund.
